Own new business growth for a specialist recruitment technology platform.
Reach ATS is looking for an experienced new-business sales professional to take full ownership of client acquisition across the UK. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in consultative B2B software sales and is comfortable operating with autonomy, credibility and commercial accountability.
This is not an SDR role, not a volume-led outbound position, and not a scripted sales environment. You will lead high-quality sales conversations from first engagement through to close, working directly with senior HR and business leaders.
The role
You will own the end-to-end new business sales cycle. That includes identifying and developing opportunities, running discovery and demonstrations, shaping proposals, managing commercial discussions and closing deals.
Sales at Reach ATS are consultative and considered. Buyers typically have complex recruitment requirements, multiple stakeholders and long-term expectations. The focus is on fit, outcomes and trust rather than quick wins.
You will work closely with marketing, product and customer success, feeding market insight back into how the platform is positioned, sold and evolved. Your contribution will influence go-to-market messaging and sector focus.
What you will be responsible for
You will generate and convert new business opportunities across the UK, engaging HR Directors, Heads of People, Talent leaders and senior operational stakeholders. You will run structured discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations and manage opportunities through to contract close.
You will maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and take direct responsibility for revenue outcomes. You will also contribute to proposals, pricing discussions and commercial negotiations, representing Reach ATS as a credible long-term partner.
What we are looking for
This role is suited to someone with demonstrable experience selling B2B SaaS or HR technology in consultative, non-trivial sales environments. You will be confident engaging senior decision-makers and able to articulate value beyond surface-level features.
You will bring strong commercial judgement, a relationship-led selling style and the credibility to be trusted by experienced HR and business leaders. Experience selling into education, healthcare, professional services or multi-site organisations would be advantageous.
